RETURN/REFUND/EXCHANGE/REPAIR POLICY PAYMENT We accept Visa Debit, Visa, and MasterCard. SALES TAX There is 13% sales tax on shoe repair and you will be charged tax on repairs. Sales tax does apply to the merchandise we sell and sales tax will be added to these items. REPAIR KIT If you order a repair kit and do not use it you will be billed $8.95 for the cost of the kit. EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS Please contact us within 5 days to request an exchange or refund. All merchandise returned for an exchange or refund must be unused and in original packaging. If returning merchandise for a refund shipping and handling charges are not refundable. You will only be refunded the cost of the merchandise. We do not cover shipping costs on returns or exchanges. You must pay to ship the items back to us. All refunds will be returned in your original form of payment. Refunds to your credit card will be processed within 5 days. REPAIR POLICY We guarantee the workmanship, but not the material. If you are unhappy with our work for any reason please contact us at (905) 895-4220 within 5 business days to request a rework or adjustment. Customer must pay to ship items back to us for any rework or adjustment. We take pride in the quality of our work and are committed to your satisfaction.
